Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here! Whatever issues you are experiencing, we will explore your unique struggle, try to make meaning of the challenges you face, and find strategies that help you heal. Our work together will be grounded in relationship, growth, curiosity, and care, as I believe these are the roots of healing and liberation for all people. We'll also take a look at the environment you find yourself in, investigate how you're showing up in relationships and community, and uncover new ways for you to tap into your empowered, resilient, and resourced self. As child of immigrants, my lived experience and clinical work emphasize issues connected to identity and marginalization faced by those outside of the dominant culture. I see youth (ages 12+), adults, couples, and families with concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, relationship issues, identity development, life transitions, and more.
