Seeking out therapy is an act of courage – it can be incredibly daunting to take that first step of reaching out for support! Once you start the process, however, you will find that therapy is a journey of self-discovery and improvement. I approach my role as a therapist with the goal of supporting you by creating a safe place for you to process your experiences and helping you develop healthy coping skills to change unhelpful patterns of behaviors. I also focus on fostering self-compassion and empowerment throughout the therapeutic experience. I'm currently accepting new clients and have availability on evenings and weekends.
