I provide trauma-informed care to adults in their 20s and 30s struggling with anxiety, complex family dynamics, and perfectionism. I am also passionate about recovery from process addictions, for those who struggle with drugs and alcohol, eating disorders, or workaholism. With a previous career in investment banking, I deeply understand the specific pressures and stressors of being a young professional in New York City, in addition to the inherent challenges of navigating today's world.
