My ideal client would be someone who is seeking growth and change. Their issues may be family relationships, substance use disorders, employment, unmanageable symptoms of mental health, or a history of trauma that impacts their daily lives. Their needs may vary based on the challenges they exhibit. Some Patients don't have goals when they engage in therapy. I am skilled at goal development. My ideal client is someone who is genuinely seeking help and ready to accept ideas and recommendations and set and achieve realistic goals.
