Hi, I’m Aoife! Beginning work with a new therapist, or starting therapy for the first time, can be scary. I work with folks to create a warm and authentic therapeutic space, in which we can explore the dynamics, patterns, and experiences that bring you to therapy and imagine together what new paths you can take forward from here. I am passionate about enacting anti-racist and anti-oppressive principles in my therapy work and believe deeply in disability justice, Health at Every Size, sex positivity, and queer and trans liberation.
