I consider it a privilege to be invited to walk alongside my clients and couples as they work through relational issues and navigate the stressors of life. Using an eclectic blend of therapeutic models, I work to create a treatment plan that helps clients work toward their goals in a way that deepens their sense of self and is in line with their personal values. This is my second career, and I believe my undergraduate degree in communications and previous roles working in TV News have also contributed to valuable life experience and communication skills that are helpful in guiding my work.
