I treat individuals experiencing symptoms of grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, life transitions, and relationships. I have experience working with individuals of all ages in both clinical and crisis settings. I believe personal growth and change happens when the counseling process is purposeful and intentional. I want to assist people in understanding their problems, defining goals, and developing realistic action plans.
