My goal is to always provide a place of acceptance and safety. I work to empower others to feel a sense of belonging and explore their potential. We are all two sides of the same coin; both strong and vulnerable, confident and insecure, emotional and logical. None of these are more important or valuable than the other, but all are intricate pieces that make up the human experience deserving of a voice and validation. I have worked in private practice, in-home, and clinic settings addressing mental health concerns including: borderline personality disorder, ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma.
