I’m a therapist with nine years of experience helping adults and older teens navigate life’s most demanding seasons. I work with mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting high-achieving women who look like they have it all together while carrying a lot on the inside. Many of my clients are the capable ones. The responsible ones. The ones others rely on. They’re successful, driven, thoughtful—and often exhausted.
