Toddlers! Am I right?! They can be hard and there isn't a lot of support out there for these challenging years. Many parents don't even realize there are therapists who specialize in supporting infants and toddlers. Through play and the relationship you have with your child, we can improve behaviors, improve attachment, increase your confidence as a parent, and relieve your anxiety. The space between a parent and a child can be full of challenge and full of a desire for connection. You love your child and want what's best, but boy that is hard sometimes when you don't understand them or you worry about them a lot. My focus is to support children and parents in their relationship. The therapy I provide includes the child and their parents or caregivers - all at the same time! Many families come to me with concerns about behaviors and big feelings. We work together to focus on the child and to help them feel better while improving behaviors and helping you enjoy them.
