I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach to therapy is to allow an organic experience between therapist and client that leads to healing, solutions, and mindfulness. I work with an array of clients including clients learning to manage stress, anxiety, depression, work-related stress, marriage and family issues, women’s issues, and child and adolescent issues.
