Hello! I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I received my degree in mental health counseling and behavioral med one from Boston University. I have over 10 years of experience helping adults of various backgrounds work through work stress, anxiety, trauma, and family relationship issues. I help people get unstuck so they can live a value guided and fulfilled life. In our first session, will discuss your concerns and develop a plan together for addressing them in further sessions. My clients appreciate my compassion, empathy, and direct approach to therapy.
