Reaching out for therapy services can be one of the hardest challenges, and it is essential that your needs be met with the utmost care and consideration. As a therapist, it is my job to meet you where you are, and to help you feel safe and supported as I hold the space for the therapeutic partnership. Whether or not you have been in therapy before, beginning the process can feel overwhelming, and I am here to help you through it. While I work with a number of concerns, my specialties include anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal mental health, and parenting challenges. As a certified perinatal mental health professional, I feel very passionate about this area of need. From approaching conception, through pregnancy and beyond, there are so many variables that can impact your mental health and wellbeing. I am here to support you at any stage of your journey.
