About
As a therapist specializing in relationship issues—whether peer, familial, or romantic—and life transitions, I provide a supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and develop actionable strategies. I work with adults and also have expertise in supporting teens and college-aged students. My approach is personalized to each client, grounded in my understanding of human development and informed by therapeutic frameworks such as attachment-based therapy, Family Systems Theory, and parts work. I also draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. In our work, I focus less on the specific content of your concerns and more on the underlying processes at play. For example, with anxiety, we don’t need to dissect every worry—rather, we explore how the anxiety functions and presents for you. I’m passionate about working with depression, self-criticism, anxiety, and dysfunctional family dynamics.
