I specialize in working with people who have endured trauma, PTSD, attachment wounding, preverbal trauma and anxiety. I understand that therapy can be painful for folx and have used EMDR to help. Because of this, I offer EMDR Therapy Intensives and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy. I also offer Psilocybin Assisted Psychotherapy. I am a licensed Facilitator in Training through the Colorado Natural Medicine office. I am not currently accepting new individual therapy clients for weekly or biweekly sessions. However, if you are interested in an EMDR Intensive or Psychedelic therapy, please reach out. I offer several options to fit your mental health needs. My EMDR intensive format allows clients to make significant progress in a shorter period of time. Others find that Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is helpful. For those that have received prior therapy and may have already tried KAP, Psilocybin Assisted Psychotherapy may be a great option.
