Helping the hurting is my focus, from the scrapes of life to the deep wounds. We all have challenges and can benefit from support, education, new skills, or other healing. A holistic approach allows for addressing the mind, body, and spirit when needed. I strive to provide a safe place to process emotions, solve problems, or seek growth. People are created for connection. Many problems come back to this core truth. I use these principles to examine blocks to this connection.
