I am a Licensed Professional Therapist intensely trained to treat an array of emotional and relational difficulties. I have years of experience working with mood and anxiety disorders and substance abuse. Currently I am focused on working with couples because healing families is a great way to heal the broader community. I truly love working with my clients and would not get far without the ability form a strong and lasting therapeutic relationship. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my work with groups and individuals. I am also intensely trained in EFT, an evidenced based couples counseling method long hailed as the gold standard for Couples therapy.
