I speak English and Spanish and work with infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents. I specialize in ADD/ADHD, anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship issues, and trauma. My style is empowering, warm, and sprinkled with humor to keep the process approachable. I’m certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), an evidence-based approach that strengthens parent-child bonds. As a proud mom of two, I bring professional expertise and lived parenting experience into the work we do together
