I have experience working with people of all ages and stages in life. Imagine meeting someone who understands you and can help you sort through life’s twists and turns. From young children to older adults and couples I have an eclectic approach to suit the needs of each individual client. My office is a safe and comfortable space where clients feel supported while they learn effective coping skills. I provide education on mental health and substance abuse issues accompanied with support developing effective coping skills and the structure to help alleviate problematic thoughts and behaviors.
