My goal is to provide a safe place for individuals to deal with relationship conflicts, addiction, domestic violence, sexual abuse, grief & loss, and other issues, as well as with the anxiety, depression and anger that often accompany them. I specialize in treating trauma and PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder) with the use of EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). I specialize in trauma therapy, in a way that can take only a couple of sessions versus years of talk therapy. I do this with the use of EMDR and/or trauma narrative therapy.
