It takes courage to ask for help and I am glad you are here. One of my core beliefs is that nobody should have to navigate difficult seasons alone. I am committed to offering safe, compassionate, creative space that allows you to an address the issues you are facing, while guiding the therapeutic process that fosters healing and growth. My creative approach often integrates art with talk therapy. Engaging with art in the therapeutic process allows expression and understanding that goes beyond words, however, integration of art is entirely your choice. My integrative approach combines accelerated resolution therapy (a voluntary image replacement therapy that helps reprogram the way distressing images and memories are stored in the brain), cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, narrative therapy & solution-focused therapy. If you choose to integrate art, all art supplies are included.
