I believe therapy is only successful through a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship. It is my goal to establish that relationship quickly so that progress can be made toward one's goals. Empathy, acceptance, and unconditional positive regard are key to establishing that trust. I have over 20 years of experience working with, teenagers, and adults in a variety of therapeutic settings. I utilize cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and relational modalities to facilitate change and growth.
