I'm committed to creating a warm, interactive and compassionate therapy environment and have experience treating issues of anxiety, depression, parenting, relational stress, life transitions, ADHD and trauma. Whether you're adjusting to the new demands of work, school, parenting, loss or learning to set boundaries within yourself and with others, I believe therapy is a comforting and effective way to focus on our self care and well being
