Hi there! My name is April Silva, and I currently hold a License as a Marriage and family Therapist, 142789. I aim to provides a space to help you sort through your day-to-day worries, identify the underlying causes of strong, confusing emotions, and build skills for communication and connection. I currently specialize in PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety. I currently work with adults, couples, and seniors. I really enjoy working with couples who are struggling to communicate and need help reconnecting, and individuals who are struggling with either healing from trauma, anxiety and panic, and depression.
