I see individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, those navigating self esteem issues and life changes who want to integrate and understand past life experiences/ trauma along with other issues including relationship issues. I see clients ages 14 and up and am available in person and through telehealth. I am currently taking new clients. I work with clients from a narrative perspective utilizing DBT/CBT, metaphor and meaning making and creativity to address blocks to clients wellbeing and treatment goals.
