I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, anxiety, and other life stressors that have left them feeling lost. By working together, I plan to help build insight into your own unique experience and for you to ascend toward the fullest version of yourself! My goal is to help heal your emotional pain at its core in order to find lasting relief. I am certified in EMDR therapy to overcome trauma and PTSD. I also provide traditional talk therapy to understand how behavior patterns and relationships affect your ability to reach your full potential.
