I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adults, adolescents, and families from diverse backgrounds. I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-image concerns, identity exploration, and challenges related to intimacy and relationships. I have a particular focus on working with adults with ADHD, individuals living with chronic pain, and survivors of domestic violence. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, integrating practical coping strategies and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients build self-efficacy, empowerment, and a greater sense of overall well-being.
