Anxiety is something all of us have experienced, but for some it can be very debilitating. Whether it's worrying about what others think about you, fear of having a panic attack, or engaging in OCD-related rituals, anxiety can be difficult to manage alone. Therapy offers an opportunity to learn about the nature of anxiety - how it impacts our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
