Welcome—I'm Amanda Robinson, owner of AR Therapy Services. Life brings challenges and navigating them alone can feel overwhelming. My goal is to help you find alignment within yourself and create a life that truly resonates with who you are through a safe, supportive, and empowering space that moves you toward the life you want. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families across diverse backgrounds. I also hold a PhD in Forensic Psychology with an emphasis in Victimology, allowing me to bring specialized insight into complex personal and interpersonal challenges. Throughout my career, I have helped individuals of all ages manage depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, grief/loss, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, addictions, trauma, abuse, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I have also worked closely with families, guiding them to understand how best to support their loved ones through these struggles.
