As a bilingual, first generation Mexican American therapist and Bay Area native, I am passionate about promoting exploration and connection to self identity, healthy relationships, and a growth mindset in times of transition. I work with children and families, particularly I specialize in providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space for teens struggling with the chaos of adolescence and becoming a young adult in this generation. I am here to process these anxious feelings and help teens develop the skills to better recognize, understand, and tolerate their feelings, so they can learn to “grow through what they go through”.
