Whether you’re starting therapy for the first time, returning after a break, or unsure if it’s the right fit, reaching out is an act of courage. I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of clinical experience, and I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from California State University, Chico. I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including inpatient psychiatric units, integrated care, and community-based agencies. I also provide individual psychotherapy for adults, teens, and families.
