I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over a decade of experience in community mental health, private practice, and university health & counseling centers. I am an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider and specialize in treating anxiety disorders including OCD. I approach the therapy from a Humanistic person-centered, trauma-informed perspective. My personal story, research experiences, and work with individuals from a full range of backgrounds, orientations, and abilities has helped shape my awareness and skill as a knowledgeable, empathic, sensitive, and caring therapist.
