I offer EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Hypnotherapy to help heal from the effects of anxiety and trauma. My treatment approach is to explore the underlying events and issues associated with your thoughts, and then working with you to manage those thoughts and the subsequent behaviors. Each client's experience is unique, therefore my treatment approach is tailored to your specific concerns. We can utilize any of the treatment modalities I offer in any order that works for your individual needs and experiences. We work together to formulate achievable goals, to ensure you get the most out of your therapy experience.
