I enjoy working with adolescents, young adults, and middle aged adults to help navigate through the age-specific issues that these groups may experience. I work with my clients to help normalize feelings and experiences as well as help them make sense of things in the world and within themselves through the transitions from adolescence through adulthood. I work with clients who have experienced trauma and are looking to make sense of their experiences so that they can regulate their emotions and participate in life and relationships the way they wish they could. My ideal client would engage in art therapy and homework assignments.
