At Ardent Grove, we work with clients who are navigating mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, or significant life transitions. Our clients are often looking for a supportive, nurturing space to explore their experiences, foster healing and growth, and reconnect with themselves and their community. We believe in the transformative power of therapy to help individuals turn challenges into opportunities for resilience, meaning, and joy. We believe the work of therapy is done best in therapeutic relationships where there is warmth, collaboration, and space to be genuinely heard, seen, and honored. Services are offered in person or via telehealth. We accept Medicaid, United and Aetna and offer a sliding scale.
