I believe that healing begins with a safe, supportive relationship where you feel truly seen and heard. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you to build resilience, strengthen connections, and create meaningful change in your life. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in law enforcement and public safety, which gave me a deep understanding of crisis situations, resilience, and the importance of mental health support.
