Finding a sense of peace and a foundation to stay grounded in when it feels like everything is out of control is hard. I'm here to help make it easier. I'm here to help you "weather the storm", "navigate the rough seas", or whatever cheesy life metaphor you want to use. The point is, I can help detangle the jumble of thoughts and feelings in your head, help you see who you are and what you believe in a little more clearly, and help you anchor yourself in a foundation that makes navigating life a little easier.
