Hey, nice to meet you! I am Aremy Gomez - a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from Oakland, CA and first generation Mexican American Latina. I have found great success in connecting and supporting clients through a trauma-informed & client-centered approach. I am committed to providing affirming care & working collaboratively to build resilience. I utilized a combination of approaches as I know therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I emphasize trauma-informed and use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Trauma-informed care, Client-centered therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
