I specialize in treating anxiety and depression in the context of stress. I support adults, adolescents, children, and families who want to improve well-being by finding meaning, truth, courage, and resilience. I work with clients of all cultural and religious backgrounds, but especially have an understanding of the intersectional experiences of Muslim Americans. I help clients find relief from anxiety and depression and develop successful stress-management skills. I know the impacts of traumatic stress and can help you navigate through your experiences.
