I work with people who feel stuck in old patterns, are overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, or are unsure how to move forward in relationships or work. Maybe something just feels off, and you can’t quite name it. I draw from both psychodynamic and somatic approaches, which means we’ll explore the meaning and patterns behind what’s happening, while tuning into what your body is holding and trying to communicate. I believe insight is most powerful when it’s embodied, not just thought. I'm here to help you understand yourself on a deep level—but also support you in making impactful changes in your life.
