If you've been carrying a weight you can’t quite name, stuck in patterns that leave you doubting yourself, I see you. I am a proud queer, non-binary, person of color and my lived experience deeply shapes the way I show up for my clients. I believe liberation is essential and that healing happens through relationships both internal and external. I am EMDR and Hypnosis trained, MindBody Therapy certified and I incorporate Somatics, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and mindfulness practices into sessions.
