I am a Faculty/Staff Counselor at Michigan Medicine and ONLY see active Michigan Medicine employees through the Office of Counseling and Workplace Resilience (OCWR). I work with MM employees across the lifespan and practice within a humanistic framework that privileges cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, mindfulness, and ACT-based interventions. My clinical approach positions meaning and values as core orientations in navigating life's hardships, as I believe times of difficulty may function as moments for profound connection, transformation, and hope.
