I specialize in Anger and Stress Management for adults, adolescents, couples, families, individuals and corporations; however, I also see clients for a variety of other reasons, particularly Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression and Substance Abuse. Our office also provides Orange County court and probation Anger Management and Parenting classes and a variety of online classes. We have locations in Orange and Santa Cruz County. I am primarily a cognitive-behavioral therapist but have an eclectic style. I like to give clients tangible, concrete tools they can walk away from each appointment. While many people see me for psychotherapy, I also see clients for executive coaching.
