I provide a non-judgmental space to honor our past, process our feelings, and look at relationship patterns to gain new understandings and sources of motivation. My practice is trauma informed and I value the importance of recognizing systemic realties that affect our mental health and lived experiences. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to provide a genuine, calm, and warm environment to contain our work. I work with those looking to gain insight and make positive changes in their lives. I can help support individuals during life transitions, processing trauma, anxiety, depression, issues surrounding alcohol and substance use; as an addiction counselor I worked with harm reduction approaches and with those pursuing a life free of substance use.
