I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia with 9 years of experience. My therapeutic focuses include, but are not limited to, anxiety, women's issues, anger, coping skill development, stress management, and self-esteem issues. Before beginning telehealth work, I provided individual and group therapy to adults seeking help with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. I have also done extensive work helping individuals find a healthy balance and sense of empowerment in their lives using a collaborative and holistic approach, recognizing that therapy is not “one-size-fits-all.” View 5 Photos I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Tennessee State University.
