My work is integrative, trauma-informed, and relational, grounded in the belief that healing happens through felt safety: with others, your body, and yourself. I blend talk therapy with body awareness, inner child work, and mindfulness to help you reconnect with your intuition, regulate your nervous system, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and those around you. Together, we'll move step-by-step at your pace. As a first-generation Indian-American, I’m especially attuned to the layered experiences of navigating cultural identity, intergenerational expectations, and the silent weight of stigma. Whether you're deconstructing family patterns, redefining success, or simply trying to feel like yourself again, I hold space with cultural humility and lived empathy.
