I am a licensed mental health therapist that believes in the power of choice and truth. My hope is to help others discover the best versions of themselves. This is by looking at the problem from a can do perspective. The idea is to look at the strengths you've gained given the life you have lived. Then we are able to take those strengths and utilize them in areas where one might not feel as strong. It's about the ability to speak your truth into existence without fear of how it will be received.
