A yearning for deeper connection and meaning led me to this career, and I'm grateful to work with people like you. I believe we all have the innate wisdom and ability to reflect, grow, and change—sometimes we just get stuck and need some help. That's where I hope I come in. I work with individuals, couples, and families on many issues, including grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, and issues relating to neurodivergence. Clients often come to me carrying past traumas and current stressors that make it hard to move forward. I'm here to listen, offer insight, and provide tools and support to help you reach your goals.
