Over the years I have worked with many different types of people and while the process can be difficult at times, it is rewarding to be able to support someone in improving their well-being and confidence. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ clients, anxiety disorders, depression, boundary setting, interpersonal relationship concerns, and stress management. Nothing is too weird or odd to discuss in session! I utilize a few different theories in my work with clients, including Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution-Focused, and Internal Family Systems. Therapy does not always have to be somber and clinical; I believe in meeting people where they are and connecting with them in a way that speaks to them.
