Ariana Chotkowski is a New York-based Licensed Mental Health Counselor who obtained her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Hofstra University and Master’s degree from Adelphi University. She has experience working with teens, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community working through self discovery, life transitions and interpersonal relationship conflicts. Ariana also helps individuals and couples struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. A person-centered approach helps Ariana understand what a client is going through before collaborating on a treatment plan to guide them toward achieving their goals.
